Tom was patient and unhurried as he went over all the new, to me, operational systems on the CRV XL When I left Valley Honda I felt that I would have a comfort zone in operating my new car. At the time I was buying my car I was wearing a neck brace and therefore could not drive the car off the lot. Tom and the sales manager, Jack, arranged to have the car bought to my home so I would have it there when I was able to drive it. Talk about going the extra mile. When the car arrived Tom gave me another lesson in the operational features of the car as he wanted to be sure that I would be comfortable driving the car. I purchased the obsidian blue pearl color and the whole experience with Tom and Valley Honda left me so happy that my car called to me to name her which I have never done before..
