We had no intentions of purchasing a brand new vehicle and really only came to the dealership because it is the closest Honda dealership to drive a used Odyssey and we then planed to continue our search elsewhere. This stance was largely due to our previous experiences at this dealership leaving a lot to be desired. This recent experience has changed our feelings about the sales department and if the next vehicle we purchase is a Honda, we will with out a doubt be tracking Tom down. We purchased a 2011 Camry from Tom a few years ago. The fact we went back to Tom for another car speaks for itself. He does everything he can do to get us in the car we are choosing. The service department is also a very friendly and highly competent operation at the dealership--they strive to accomodate the customer and efficiently service vehicles. Tom listened closely to us when we expressed what we needed from a vehicle and was very patient explaining the features of the Fit. He even helped load our 2 bicycles through the rear hatch to ensure they could be transported w/out removing the front wheels. Our sales price was reasonable and he arranged delivery without delay. He contacted us approximately 2 weeks after purchase for appropriate follow up. We make a point to stop and see him when we have our vehicle in for service. I have recommended Tom Pseekos as a sales contact for my friends seeking a vehicle. More
