Tom has been our family car salesman for years. We only buy from him and this dealership because of the extraordinary customer service. The dealership has exceeded my expectations repeatedly. While my husband was deployed to Afghanistan I needed to lease a new vehicle. I have small children and found it difficult to make trips to the dealership. Tom went out of his way to bring cars to my home for me to test drive. Once I selected the car I wanted the dealership prepared all my paperwork so that I simply needed to spend about 10 minutes at the dealership to get the vehicle. It was so simple. Shortly after I leased the vehicle the windshield developed a crack. The dealership quickly repaired the windshield and even delivered it to my home. They not only anticipated my needs but quickly accommodated my situation. I truly never worry about our vehicles because I know the dealership will take care of us. More
