Contacted Landmark via Internet, and was engaged by Tom Rayner. Tom was immediately responsive on all of our front-end queries, including what was available in their inventory. (I should also mention that this was the first time ever we had seriously considered buying a new "American" car, having always before bought either Japanese or German products.) We were looking for a hybrid, with estimated mpg in the mid-40's, which uses "Regular" fuel, auto transmission, which would be towable behind our motor coach without any warranty-voiding alterations to the drive-train. In addition, we wanted an attractive "white" color, and an assortment of power and electronic gadgetry, as well as, leather or as a minimum, leather-trim seats.Tom researched Landmark's inventory and the models' capabilities and assured us he could meet our needs for color, trim, vehicle-function, as well as, tow-ability. We went in to the dealership, met Tom, test-drove and bought the 2014 pearlescent white Fusion Hybrid Titanium model using two existing trade-in vehicles as our down payment; on balance we were treated fairly on trade-in values, got additional factory and dealer incentives, a bit of discretionary flexibility by Tom and his boss, and an excellent APR for a 48-month financing. Tom is a veteran sales guy, 13-years at Landmark, knowledgeable of their products, very easy to work with, and committed to doing the deal. As for their service department, I have had years of experience taking a company car for routine maintenance at their service department, which is every bit as professional and friendly as their sales-side.
