I used the Internet as a way to escape the 'car dealer' experience. I was first contacted by Tom Rayner, but when I visited Landmark, I worked with Diane Pohl. Both were friendly and helpful. Diane took ti experience. I was first contacted by Tom Rayner, but when I visited Landmark, I worked with Diane Pohl. Both were friendly and helpful. Diane took time to search out the car I was looking for. She ran multiple options as I honed in on exactly what I wanted. She listened to my needs and matched the car and price to what I could afford to pay. From beginning to delivery of my 2013 Ford Edge, the experience was actually enjoyable. This is my 2nd Landmark car and I probably will be back in another five years or so. More

We chose Landmark Ford to test drive a Fiesta and a Focus for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. CJ McNulty was totally awesome as a sales person and in the future when for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. CJ McNulty was totally awesome as a sales person and in the future when the wife is ready to trade we will be seeing him again. We both felt as though there was no pressure to by and he was there for us. Diane Pohl was the internet contact person and she was very responsive to the inquiries we made. She contacted us the nest business day and presented us with some options. Tom Rayner was the other person we dealt with and we were also satisfied with his level of commitment getting us the truck we wanted. The finance person Dan Sorden worked very hard to get us the best rate and we were pleased with his level of expertise as well. Overall this was a positive experience and we will use Landmark Ford again in the future. More

We went to the dealership on a Sunday for the express purpose of seeing how much room the Flex had. Tom Rayner was great through the entire process. While we didn't feel we were anywhere close to a purch purpose of seeing how much room the Flex had. Tom Rayner was great through the entire process. While we didn't feel we were anywhere close to a purchase decision and therefore didn't want to take up his time with a test drive, Tom was persuasive and my wife was subsequently very impressed with the Flex after initially being put off by its looks. Days later when we decided that we would buy the car, we were able to negotiate a satisfactory deal via e-mail. A visit to the dealership to put a deposit down got the build order started. The next visit was to contract and take delivery. This is not a "system house" where the lot lizard salesman works you hard and then turns you over to a "closer." No back and forth negotiating with "my manager." The entire process was pleasant and easy. Tom handled the entire process but for the actual contracting. I asked Tom for business cards so I could refer customers if the opportunity should arise. More
