I dont' know Karen Goodwin. All was handled by the amazing and wonderful service of Tom Redd. My initial call was answered by Tom Redd, who treated me like I was an old friend, and I am. I purchased my first Honda from Sierra and both Honda's I've owned have been serviced there with my old friend, K like I was an old friend, and I am. I wasn't prepared to purchase that day but Albert and the test drive were so great, I bought my third Honda. I had initially contacted Sierra Honda from looking at CARFAX app for used Honda and Sierra Honda was very prompt to respond! Met Tom Redd and also Anthony from their texting communication. Both of them h CARFAX app for used Honda and Sierra Honda was very prompt to respond! Met Tom Redd and also Anthony from their texting communication. Both of them had made the experience great! Even sent a video of the Accord I was interested in when it was still being inspected. I then came to the dealer to see the Accord EXL and they did great! They are great at Sierra Honda! Ask for Tom and you’ll be in great hands! More
