Salesperson was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable of all products interested in. Dealership provided fair value for trade in and dealership went out of their way to obtain the vehicle in model and c of all products interested in. Dealership provided fair value for trade in and dealership went out of their way to obtain the vehicle in model and color I wanted. Was unhappy with the fact that third party warranty was offered instead of preferred Honda Care plan as first option, but dealer supported conversion to Honda Care with appropriate refund once I identified the discrepancy and discussed with them for correction. Think this is more of a fault of Honda Corporation in general for allowing dealerships to authorize more expensive third party options and offloading that expense to dedicated consumers of their products. Believe I paid a fair bottom line for vehicle. One item is still pending, activation of after market security system which I wish wasn’t pre-installed. Overall love my car❤️ and Honda has built a fantastic next generation CR-V that has everything I wanted in my next new car. This will be my third Honda CR-V with each one lasting 10+ years. Imagine this one lasting me the same amount of time which is why I purchased the 8 year, 100,000 mile Honda Care extended warranty. Purchased each of my CR-Vs from Honda Sierra and imagine I’ll purchase my next one as well 10+ years down the road🙂. More

The service advisor didnt tell me about my battery dying. I went in for warranty work and they did a diagnostic. They saw I needed a bunch of things but failed to tell me there was something wrong with my ba I went in for warranty work and they did a diagnostic. Either that or the mechanic left the lights on and when I picked it up the battery was dying and nobody told me anything. The next day I couldn't get to work on time because I needed to replace my battery. More

This is only on a comment on the dealership as a whole, the process just took a significantly longer time than expected, and some of the initial people that we worked with were not extremely the kindest an the process just took a significantly longer time than expected, and some of the initial people that we worked with were not extremely the kindest and a bit judgmental and condescending.
