I opted to go the online route to get my questions answered about the vehicles I was interested in. TOM REDD reached out to me and helped me out with my inquiry. This guy is as genuine as can be and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda. He walked me through everything and was very understanding and was not pushy at all. He wanted everything to go at my pace. When we settled on a number he said when your ready let me know and we will move forward. I cant explain how important it was for me to take my time and wrap my head around the numbers but Tom was very understanding. If I could rate him 1-10 on a scale this guy would be a 20 in my books. If it ever comes time to by a Honda again this will the guy I go to. After he helped me finance and the rest of the steps were easy and painless. Karen was also very nice and helpful making sure to point out all the key features of the Pilot before I drove off the lot. I Would recommend Sierra Honda of Monrovia to anyone looking to purchase a Honda.
