Thomas Redd was a phenomenal customer service rep!!! He understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around. He got all the required stuff done so that I can get in and out of the dealer understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around. He got all the required stuff done so that I can get in and out of the dealership with my new car. As a matter of fact, he was literally running at times to ensure we got out of there on time.
