A loaner has always been offered on routine maintenance but they usually are able to get it done in under an hour making it unnecessary. Service costs are very reasonable, unlike other makes we had in the past. More

First and foremost Stu Fogler, is as good as it gets, he just makes things work, he eliminates all of the anxieties associated with getting a new car, Second , Everybody in Service and I mean everyone could not be more informative or nicer, they explain everything All the time from the littlest to more pressing issues, nothing Ever comes as a suprise! Even the guys who bring back your car make sure it's clean and ask if your satisfied, amazing! And last which is the hardest because you have to go to them and pay, are the absolute nicest always smiling always willing to help and will move things around if you have a schedule issues. My previous Acura MDX has never been serviced by anyone but their service department (I live upstate NY) and every time I was there I was treated by a professional, knowledgeable staff; received a loaner auto requested when mine needed to be serviced.
