The General Manager Joe Rauch and his staff are one of the best supporting teams to work with, they all help to make my wife and I car buying experience last week great. We ended up purchasing two cars instead of one. Thanks Guys. Also Tom in service is a great contact with making sure you care keeps up with everyday wear and tear. More

We had an excellent experience at Ramsey. Our salesperson Dwayne was knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly. He answered every question we had and was very patient. I've used Acura of Ramsey for service since I got my 05 MDX new (from them). It's not the closest dealer to me, but after getting a headlight fixed somewhere else, I appreciate the low-key professionali 05 MDX new (from them). It's not the closest dealer to me, but after getting a headlight fixed somewhere else, I appreciate the low-key professionalism of Ramsey. They've always been excellent—Saturday appointments, loaners when I need them, high-quality work and fair prices. Tom Sabiel in service has always been very friendly and professional (the rest of the staff too). I've been able to keep that car in great condition for 9 years—now I bought a 14 MDX Advance from them, so I may not see the service department for awhile! More

The shopping and purchasing process at Ramsey Acura was professional from start to finish. Artie was patient and respectful and never used a "hard sell" approach. I negotiated a price that beat Edmunds' professional from start to finish. Artie was patient and respectful and never used a "hard sell" approach. I negotiated a price that beat Edmunds' "True Market Value" price with no drama. For financing I scoured local and on-line banks for the best rate. I expected JB would match it. I was delighted when he beat it by 20 basis points. There is a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction at this dealership. Case in point: Two days after I took delivery of my MDX I noticed the traffic monitoring function in the Nav system was not active. I went back to the dealer. Rather than simply shuffle me down to Service, Artie struggled to trouble shoot the problem. He couldn't. Soon the Service department was involved. There were calls to AcuraLink in California. Tom from Service offered me a car to take while they kept mine to hopefully fix the problem. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency everyone had to fix this problem! (The problem turned out to be a computer server glitch in California and had nothing to do with my car. It was fixed a couple days later.) More

As I’m sure you have been informed, I had experienced a number of ongoing problems with the purchase of my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD purchased from your dealership. Tom, Miguel and Ralph were been outstanding troubleshooting and resolving most of the issues. However up until recently I have run into some additional concerns that were very, very challenging to diagnose - Honda Motor Corp in Torrance was notified and needless to say after 15 months of ownership and on and off again issues and repair, the best course of action was to sell the current car and purchase another. Admittedly, I was about to begin the process an seek alternative brands, but in a moment of optimism and genuine concern, Joe Rauch, Acura Ramsey General Manager, contacted me, discussed the issues with obvious real concern, then asked me to come back in to the dealership and let’s see what we could do with either further diagnose and repair to the existing TL or possible alternatives including another new car. After a number of discussions I decided the best option was to trade-in the current car for a new one. Joe along with your Assistant Service Manager, Stuart Fogler did an awesome job finding another SH-AWD TL of my desire and with for a very fair trade-in deal. Most importantly they were attentive to ensure my satisfaction with zero pressure - This was evident through-out the entire process without wavering. As an executive in a service organization I am very familiar with satisfying the needs of you clientele. Your team is tremendous with prompt support, guidance, knowledge and resolution when needed. - True professionals and a one- of- a- kind dealership ! When it is time to replace my better half’s car – I am coming back to Acura Ramsey. More
