Best Acura dealership I’ve worked with. I normally work with offices in NJ and PA. The team at the Brookfield location were very helpful and got me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Purchased a 2019 Certified RDX Recently (5/2020) purchased a 2109 RDX that was part of their inventory of "certified" used cars. The experience was generally very good, considering that much of the area still had Covid-19 restrictions and considerations in place, including the dealership. This did slightly delay the final transaction but not seriously. We were working with a Costco consideration so the dealership reduced the final price accordingly. We felt we got a very good price on a slightly used 2019 RDX. More

I have been buying vehicles from Acura of Brookfield for nearly 25 years. And there are plenty of reasons. Management has absolute integrity. Sales is completely trustworthy and will bend over backwards nearly 25 years. And there are plenty of reasons. Management has absolute integrity. And service, for which I travel 25 minutes each way though a Honda dealership is only 10 minutes away, is outstanding, flexible, communicative, and fast. Finally, AOB’s prices are more than competitive. I couldn’t be more pleased with a dealership or a manufacturer’s vehicles. If I could give AOB 10 stars, I would. More

Excellent service and customer relations My 2019 Acura RDX, which I absolutely love, developed a loudish squeak/creak in the front suspension about a month ago. Due to family issues I was una My 2019 Acura RDX, which I absolutely love, developed a loudish squeak/creak in the front suspension about a month ago. Due to family issues I was unable to get the car into service till last week. AOB greeted me as a close friend, which I guess I have become in the many years as a customer there, and informed me that some of the early build cars had this problem and there were new parts to take care of it. They gave me a courtesy vehicle, got mine fixed promptly, and were most gracious through the entire process. I have referred many people to AOB and most of them have also purchased their vehicles there, I can count about 15 or more vehicles purchased there from referrals I made. All were pleased. More
