He was very pleasant and straight-forward in his communications. The process was very organized between Tom, Denver, and Roger. Denver was very patient and knowledgeable in teaching us about our new car. The dealership has a nice ambiance with private office areas. We appreciated the tour of the waiting and service areas which were clean and welcoming. The other staff were also friendly and patient when we needed to come back into the dealership to wait for a fax confirmation of our new auto insurance policy before leaving the parking lot. We look forward to our new car buyer dinner and informational event. We extend a special thank you to Tom for making 'car buying' a good experience! We are enjoying our new Acura! More
