No "Customer Satisfaction" Here! Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that d Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that distance , that he could have handled my trade. He seemed so sincere! After several hours, Tom promised me he's call the next day. He didn't! Then Lane called and said he'd handle things and would also call the next day,. He didn't! I have never been treated this way. Both men promised they would help me, and neither bothered. Customer satisfaction? They can't even spell it!!! I am disgusted with Palmetto Ford!!! P. S. I can't remember the person I first spoke to who urged me to drive the 420 miles (both ways) to and from Greenville. Please inform Manly Eubank that he has sub-standard, lying employees. Carolyn C. I do not think I would be saying this if it was not for Tom. I got the Truck that I wanted and I got the Man ( Tom Slawson) that I wanted assisting me. A man of his word, the consummate professional and a man who I feel I can talk to later if I have any problems ( which I don't anticipate) in the future. Car buying can be a pleasant experience. We went to the dealership after using the internet to see what was available. We were greeted and immediately made to feel comfortable. The sales person asked a few questions about what we were looking for and what our preferences were and then suggested a vehicle that matched those interests. Our sales person, Tom Slawson, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and exceptionally easy to deal with. He answered all our questions and accompanied us on a test drive that enabled us to really get the feel for the vehicle. He offered us other options, some we were interested in some not, but we were glad to know about them. When we went in to the finance manager's office, it was an efficient and complete process that left us feeling comfortable with the deal we had made. Overall it was an excellent and enjoyable experience. Tom Slawson is an asset to Palmetto Ford! More
