I did an online service request on Thursday for a Monday morning appointment. Had to have my car towed in on Friday afternoon. I appreciated the swiftness they exercised when servicing my car. When I got there I had 4 grandchildren with me. The wait was 50 minutes. They said I had scheduled a drop off! Great experience and each step was explained. On a side note, the service manager was waiting when I got up to counter to chat about some concerns I had the last time I was there.
