A Long Awaited Subaru Outback Purchase I have never purchased a new car before, and have wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback for several years now. Upon picking my daughter up from the airp I have never purchased a new car before, and have wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback for several years now. Upon picking my daughter up from the airport, and on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to stop by Prestige for a test drive. Tom met us outside as we arrived, and immediately took us for a drive in the exact car that I had my eye on. Needless to say, I knew what I wanted. He provided details about all of the ins and outs of the car, and we really appreciated that he had the perspective of a Subaru driver. When we returned from the test drive, we briefly discussed pricing and financing, and he ultimately provided a quote, as well as the details of the car. He respected my decision not to purchase the car that day, and gave me the option to put a refundable deposit on the car, so that no one would purchase it while I thought about my options. As a sales professional myself, his patience was much appreciated. I understand the importance of patience when helping people to make big investments/financial decisions. He called me to follow up after the long weekend, and was willing to negotiate throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go to Prestige to buy my first brand new car ever. I would recommend Tom and the Prestige family to my friends and family, and I hope that my great experience continues for the life of my car. Thank you! More
