Right from the start we felt very comfortable with Tom. He explained in detail all the features and benefits on the Legacy, answering all our questions without any pressure to purchase. Prestige did not have the Legacy in the color and features we wanted but Tom located one within a couple of days and in less than a week from our test drive we purchased the exact vehicle we wanted. The pricing was competitive, the entire purchase experience including the follow through on the "We Owe" list was first class.
