I’ve had issues with the controls on this car. I was misled about CarPlay by salesman. I did not understand that I needed to use a cable to connect my phone to CarPlay especially on a 2026 model. I was misled about CarPlay by salesman. I did not understand that I needed to use a cable to connect my phone to CarPlay especially on a 2026 model. If I’ve known, I would’ve not leased the car. I asked within one day if I could return it and he said no I thought it was only for the music when I told him that he called me a liar. When talking to the salesman, he called me a liar and has been quite rude. I would never buy from this dealership again. I do not like the car and would never get a Volvo again. It’s also crazy that a 2026 model needs a cable to connect to CarPlay. A lot of people have CarPlay so that’s not a wise move. The finance manager was nice and polite, but the salesman was not. Also, they were in a rush to get me out of there and did not set up my phone to the car. There were a lot of things that he did not go over with me or set up prior to my leaving with the car. Basically he just wanted to go home. I had to get a professional to get my CarPlay working even after buying two cables. A few years ago, when I leased an Audi, they had a tech guy that set up the whole car for me answered any questions went over everything with me. This did not happen at the Volvo dealer. Would not recommend! More
