2016 GMC Acadia purchase Experience I recently visited Gates Buick - GMC while shopping for a used SUV for use as a comfortable travel vehicle with moderate towing capacity. Andy Frederi I recently visited Gates Buick - GMC while shopping for a used SUV for use as a comfortable travel vehicle with moderate towing capacity. Andy Fredericksen and the friendly folks at Gates offered me several choices from which I was able to select a vehicle that met my requirements within my budget. I never felt pressured and found the vehicle I was looking for. I especially appreciate the smooth process that resulted in my driving away with the car I wanted without any of the stress that I have previously felt in shopping for a new car. Cliff Massey More

They are not there to "sell you a car or a sales pitch" The cars sell themselves. My husband has been a loyal Nissan owner for 13 years . Nine years ago when I retired he insisted I get a Rogue. Im sold. Just recently I was in need of new vehicle, We are both retired , Suffice is to say our budget is limited. With the help of the salesman, general manager and the whole team I drove away in an affordable brand new Rogue sport. The support and care of the staff left me speechless. This does not happen in today's world. It is easy to understand why they are #1 . My husband will be heading back soon for an upgrade More

No dread! ask for Andy I dreaded buying a new car. I decided on gates after getting an online quote which was the best of 3 other Nissan dealers statewide. The price I got w I dreaded buying a new car. I decided on gates after getting an online quote which was the best of 3 other Nissan dealers statewide. The price I got was very fair for both the car and my trade. But the best part was the transparency. I did the negotiating by email before I even got there and everything was broken down and in writing. No surprises. Andy was very down to earth and helpful, as was the sales manager and finance dept. they have changed my thoughts on the process of buying a car. Thank you! More

Gates Gets It, right Tomas? I went to a couple other dealerships before I made my way to Gates. The other dealers weren't bad, but they felt artificial. For me, the environment a I went to a couple other dealerships before I made my way to Gates. The other dealers weren't bad, but they felt artificial. For me, the environment and how the employees make me feel is very important. My salesman, Nate, was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and listened more than he spoke. I often know what I want, but have trouble expressing it, but Nate and Tomas were very patient with me and helped me find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. My unique desires were factored into all the vehicles they showed me and together we learned a little more about what I wanted with each vehicle I saw. I wasn't completely sold on the Rouge so they let me take it home overnight. They did not pressure me into signing right away. I had time to make sure the vehicle was right for me. Bringing the Rouge home is what made me see all of the things I had missed in the excitement of the buying experience. Once we settled on a price, Nate made everything so easy for me. He sent me the credit app so I could fill it out before I arrived to sign the final paperwork. Chris Messier took care of all the paperwork with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know each member of the Gates Team better throughout this endeavor and look forward to dropping in to say "hi" when I get my service work done. More
