Im sold. Just recently I was in need of new vehicle, We are both retired , Suffice is to say our budget is limited. With the help of the salesman, general manager and the whole team I drove away in an affordable brand new Rogue sport. The support and care of the staff left me speechless. Gates Gets It, right Tomas? I went to a couple other dealerships before I made my way to Gates. The other dealers weren't bad, but they felt artificial. For me, the environment a I went to a couple other dealerships before I made my way to Gates. The other dealers weren't bad, but they felt artificial. For me, the environment and how the employees make me feel is very important. My salesman, Nate, was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and listened more than he spoke. I often know what I want, but have trouble expressing it, but Nate and Tomas were very patient with me and helped me find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. My unique desires were factored into all the vehicles they showed me and together we learned a little more about what I wanted with each vehicle I saw. I wasn't completely sold on the Rouge so they let me take it home overnight. They did not pressure me into signing right away. I had time to make sure the vehicle was right for me. Bringing the Rouge home is what made me see all of the things I had missed in the excitement of the buying experience. Once we settled on a price, Nate made everything so easy for me. He sent me the credit app so I could fill it out before I arrived to sign the final paperwork. Chris Messier took care of all the paperwork with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know each member of the Gates Team better throughout this endeavor and look forward to dropping in to say "hi" when I get my service work done. More

They quickly helped me find the right vehicle at the best possible price. They were more than fair with my trade, and allowed us to get exactly the vehicle we wanted. My schedule didn't allow me to get to the dealership myself, so Ryan and Martin arranged to bring the vehicle to me! They literally go the extra mile.
