Purchase of a used Cadillac Martin Quinones was my Sales Representative. My situation is such that I lost my job late last year. Therefore, I couldn't afford the payments on Martin Quinones was my Sales Representative. My situation is such that I lost my job late last year. Therefore, I couldn't afford the payments on a fully loaded '14 Ford Explorer Sport , which I had purchased out of state. The embarrassment of having to explain this to a Sales Rep was something that I was not looking forward too. I expected a pleasant thank you and 'we will see you later'. However, I'm pleased to say, that this was not the case with Martin. In fact, ALL of the employees and management at Gates treated me as if I was the most important person on the face of the earth. Coming from a service industry and having been employed at some very high profile facilities, I can tell when someone is 'lipsyncing' concern for a customer. Martin and Gates thou, truly stand behind their expressions of care. He (and others) went above and beyond to get me into a car, despite my financial status . Upon their recommendation, they were able to put me into an '08 Cadillac CTS AWD, which is reliable, stylish and in terrific condition. My extremely positive experience hasn't stoped with my purchase. Rather, if anything, it has only grown and is now being shown by Jeana in the Service Department. When I have brought the car in for regular service, I am treated like royalty. In short, I'm have never been treated with such compassion and understanding by an auto dealership. When my financial situation improves, my next car purchase will be from Gates, where I (or you) come first ! More

Best car leasing experience by far Like most of us, I dread the car shopping and buying/leasing experience. The sales pressure, discomfort and gut feeling you are being way overcharged Like most of us, I dread the car shopping and buying/leasing experience. The sales pressure, discomfort and gut feeling you are being way overcharged is something we all want to avoid like a dentist visit. That said, I have to say I experienced none of these with Gates and their team, where the process was remarkably quick, efficient and friendly. We had already test driven a Murano and made our decision one exactly what we wanted. As I have come to expect, the dealer where we test drove the vehicle gave us an exorbitant price (discovered as we shopped around), so we used an online service to get quotes on our very specific vehicle choice (color, trim line, package,etc..). I received a call from Gates within 5 minutes (Tomas Gates). To make a king story short, after several discussions with other dealers and price matching, Gates provided the best deal and answered all of my wife's pre-decision and follow up questions quickly. Special thanks to Tara Rasmus for her patience and commitment, who provided follow ups on status, delivery, timing at all hours, even though we did not request or expect such off-hours updates - we felt that she really went above and beyond. She remains in touch for any follow up questions as well. The only time we needed to visit the dealership during the process was to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle - could not have been easier. Will definitely use Gates again in the future. A Great Place to Buy a Car I went to Gates on the recommendation of a family member. I was looking to upgrade from an old car that I still owed money on to something a bit more I went to Gates on the recommendation of a family member. I was looking to upgrade from an old car that I still owed money on to something a bit more reliable. We talked about all of my options and when I decided on leasing we took a few cars out for a test drive. When we found one I liked we sat down to find a price that worked for me. To be honest I came in expecting to leave with my old car because of what I owed on it and my lack of excess funds. To my pleasant surprise the great team at Gates was able to get me into a brand new car that I love. I never felt pressured or rushed and the sales manager really took his time with the paperwork; which I appreciate considering the investment I was making. I fully recommend this dealership and will return here in the future! More
