I took my car in for a second time to try to get a recall service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be perfo service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be performed till I paid $1,500 for the seat to be fixed. The seat was not broken when I brought it in that morning. This is unbelievable and I will take my car somewhere else and forget the recall. Why issue recalls if they are just going to cause more problems with your car. This is gouging!!! More
