This was my first interaction with both Hawthorne Chevrolet, as well as our Sales Consultant, Keith Potash. 90% of my dealings with with Keith, and all along the way, he was a class act. Very professional, and understood the needs of my wife and my. Every time we spoke, texted or emailed, he gained my trust. We wound up working out a deal on a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Traverse that was the exact vehicle my wife needed for us and our 4 kids.... they did all the pre-delivery tweaks we required (including some touch ups and new tires), and Keith personally paid for the touch up paint (left for us to take home) out of pocket. We got what I felt was a very good value, with only a few short rounds of negotiation, and very little pressure from Keith or the extended team. Delivery process was smooth and quick. I leased my previous 4 vehicles from another dealer, but will happily give Keith and Hawthorne the chance to continue to earn my business when my lease is up in July, and for my future car needs. Happy to recommend them to friends and family! More
