I was not a happy camper with the service I received at

Southside Kia's Service Department October 2021. Among other things, twice I had them check for a leak in my front passenger tire as every 2 days we needed to fill it with air. They couldn't find it, either time they checked. Yet we went to Discount Tire today and they immediately found a fairly good size nail in minutes! Also, at Southside Kia, I unfortunately left a very nice pair of sunglasses there, and I called asap when I noticed I didn't have them. Tommie said he had them and would put them aside, but when I returned in two weeks, they were gone. Tommie was surprised they were gone, but he told me "don't worry, we'll figure something out." Come to find out, they would not reimburse me in anyway, although they lost them. Tommie told me I should have come in sooner to pick them up Really? I live 40 minutes away, and they didn't have my replacement side mirror and door handle ready for 2 weeks. So again, Really? My fault? When I clearly was no longer a happy camper, Tommie was rude! Good luck to others!

I'll repeat as there's nothing further I care to say, except I spoke with the manager and he said he'd review it and get back to me re my sunglasses. He did not!!! I even gave them the receipt that they cost me $75. Yes, my fault for leaving them there, but I'm pretty sure that happens to lots of people, often.
