Finally, a salesman to SELL me a car! We shopped all over Wichita to find a car that met all of our needs. I was beginning to lose hope that we would be successful and opted to explore Mel We shopped all over Wichita to find a car that met all of our needs. I was beginning to lose hope that we would be successful and opted to explore Mel Hamilton for options prior to us making a decision. Dorian flagged us down as we cruised around the parking lot and gave us his card since we didn't have time to talk. We arranged a meeting and he showed us every car on the lot and answered all of our questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Tommy and the rest of the sales staff worked to meet our price point, obviously the best part of the experience. My only frustration lies in the military appreciation program being clear regarding eligibility. It seems as though the team wasn't quite sure what were the qualifying criteria and I would have liked to have had it understood before we made a deal. I would throw myself back into the experience and recommend the team to anyone looking for a vehicle. Overall, More

Tommy Smith helped us do a deal that no other dealership could do in Wichita! All the other dealerships tried to give us way less for trade and raised the price on the car I wanted! I promise you that you will not find a better dealership in Wichita or customer service! Best owners as well! They give to so many charities and they always say hello and are friendly. I went there thinking that I couldn't get into another vehicle because I was upside down on the one I had and really wasn't happy with the car I had. They let me decide what car I wanted, which was a new Fusion, and they made it happen. I will definitely continue to take all my car needs to Mel Hambelton. They even helped my dad get into a brand new Taurus. And he was upside down on the Escape that he had and he picked the car and they made it happen. I can't say enough good things about Mir and Alan. They are Great! If I need another car I will be dealing with them! More
