I purchased a 2016 Audi 5 months ago and was having problems with that A/C which they thought they fixed. Tommy and O’Brien went above and beyond for me. They recharged my A/C on a Saturday until I cou problems with that A/C which they thought they fixed. Tommy and O’Brien went above and beyond for me. They recharged my A/C on a Saturday until I could get it to an Audi dealership next week so my kids and I wouldn’t be hot. The kicker is they fixed it for me on a day when the service department is typically closed. Because of this, they gained a customer for life! Thank you Tommy and O’Brien and the rest of the wonderful Orlando staff. More

Pros- Huge lot with an endless amount of inventory to choose from. Good pricing, fair trade-in amounts offered. Lots of staff available to provide assistance. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable. No choose from. Good pricing, fair trade-in amounts offered. Lots of staff available to provide assistance. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Non-aggressive, no pressure sales and finance department. Cons: since it’s not a traditional dealership, there aren’t brand new vehicles that offer manufacturer warranties. Many vehicles are still within 1-2 years old, so most of them carry the remainder of the original warranties, but others are applicable to the first owner only. There is also no service department. The vehicle I purchased was almost on an empty tank of gas, whereas other dealers fill upon a sale. There were some hiccups involved with my purchase, but management reached out to me and provided a resolution. Overall it was an acceptable experience, and I would recommended to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle that doesn’t have much use and is listed thousands below retail . More

Nice people...but something is not right. Buyer Beware **STAY FAR AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I should had listened to the reviews** My husband and I bought a car here. Our sales man assured us tha **STAY FAR AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I should had listened to the reviews** My husband and I bought a car here. Our sales man assured us that the cars had been all inspected and 100% guarantee not operational problems (HA!). The day we bought it, there were a few problems, so our sales guy put an "I owe you" to fix the items. 2 days after we had the car, the LOCKS did not work - the car will not lock. Also, the tire had a preexisting hole in it, so we had to pay to fix it immediately. (MONEY - Thankfully I called enough & reminded enough and they reimbursed) Since they have a 3 day warranty, I called to report the problems. I called over 5 times - I got hung up on twice. By the 5th call, I got a manager on the phone who agreed to add the locking problem to the "I owe you list." Let me be clear - the manager is SO NICE and seems to be trying to help...but there is some sort of disconnect. At this point, I was just happy they were working on it....WOW, was I wrong. We went in for our appointment and left our car there the entire day. They never called us once to let us know if the car was complete, plus they never answered the phone. We drove over in a rental (MORE MONEY we had to spend). They said the car was done. We went out to see the car - literally NOTHING was fixed. I had to go back in the store, and the manager walked over with us to inspect the car and saw nothing was done. He assured us he would make sure it went smoothly at our next visit. We went in a second time to get the car fixed - they didnt have the correct part. They didnt call to let us know - so we wasted time. We came for a THIRD visit, they couldn't figure it out. My husband went for the FOURTH appointment, and we left the car there, and then they called and said they couldnt figure out the problem and we would need to come back. THIS IS CRAZY. I have been to Hgreg over 5 times, I have called so many times (sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't, and some people will hang up on you). Worst part is I have had a non-locking car for 2 months now. I am beyond frustrated. I have no idea what is going on. And I will tell everyone to AVOID this place at ALL COSTS. More

We were told it had the remainder of its factory warranty. During our purchase time with sales and finance staff, they noted many times that the vehicle carries the manufacturer’s warranty of Three-year 36,000 During our purchase time with sales and finance staff, they noted many times that the vehicle carries the manufacturer’s warranty of Three-year 36,000-mile bumper to bumper and Five-year 60,000-mile drive train coverage. At that time, they offered to sell us additional warranty in which we declined. The next week when we called our local Jeep dealership to begin scheduled maintenance it was noted that the vehicle originated in Canada and warranty does not extend when registered in the United States of America. I was concerned to say the least. I called Hgreg and spoke to Tommy the sales floor manager. He was surprised and called his sister who works at a FCA dealership in or near Orlando and verified it was true. He immediately offered a full dollar for dollar credit on any vehicle exchange at Hgreg. I thought this was a good offer and asked for a comparably equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. We have been searching for a vehicle like this for some time and its options, which we were very particular about. We called back and spoke to Tommy and he asked us to email the particulars into him so he could escalate this to his manager on Monday. Here is a copy of that email sent on 6-7-2019. ___________Start EMAIL_______________ "Tommy, Sorry for the delay in getting this to you. My stepfather is in hospice and our schedules have been difficult. I will attempt to recap what has transpired over the last two weeks with HGreg. We have been searching for specific Chrysler SRT vehicles with the special colored Laguna leather interior package. On 05/24/19 we found a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with ruby red leather interior at HGreg Orlando. We found the vehicle online, went to the dealer to test drive, liked what we found, decided to trade our vehicle, purchase the truck, and we were driving it home in less than 4 hours. The experience at dealer with sales, insurance and finance was one the best buying experiences we have ever had. It only came with one key fob. We called a dealer near us and ordered a second one. The oil change alert showed up on the truck. We called the dealer to schedule the oil change and key fob programming. In the process of getting our info into the system; they told us the VIN has no warranty unless the vehicle is registered in Canada. We have tried several aftermarket warranty companies, and all tell us they cannot apply to a Chrysler vehicle from Canada. We called HGreg Orlando, after several transfers and call backs, we spoke with Tommy, the Orlando sales floor manager. Tommy did some research and called us back and offered a trade. We feel that HGreg is being reasonable with that offer. We are just not sure if you have another vehicle that we want. What is the next step? After some time, he mentioned that he would have to take this up with the GM and we hung up. On Monday June 17th, 2019 We called Tommy to follow up and get an update. He wasn’t in the loop and had to check with GM and would call us back. Approx. 30 mins later, Tommy called back with updated. He mentioned that the GM (Carlos Rosario) said that we were on our own with the warranty problem, with an offer for us to purchase Extended warranty for $3,000+ he did not have an exact number. We asked Tommy to put that in writing. More
