WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 Please read this before doing business with this people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 miles, I had planned to take my family on a trip to Miami the day after... Vehicle looked fine, engine seemed to be in good conditions. To my surprise after 80 miles the vehicle starts making a loud noise that got louder and louder, to my misfortune I'm in the middle of the road on my way to Miami and had to stopped because the noise was unbearable. The car breaks down in Port Saint Lucy, I spent 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get a towing service willing to take me back to Orlando and that way we had to cancel the plans we had in Miami. When returning the vehicle the next day, they made me wait for hours to just apologize to me and say they are not in fault and that this could happen to anybody since they sell used vehicles. Please, if you appreciate your life and the life of your loved ones, take your business somewhere else. More

Justin worked with me the first day I was there and made my decision t I was very satisfied with the courteous and friendly employees that helped me. Justin worked with me the first day I was there and made my decision to purchase the car an easy one. Johny was helpful in working with me through the paperwork and assisted me with all my finance questions. However, my experience wasn’t always a pleasant one I tried to call Justin the next day to check on the tires that were promised me and I kept on getting sent to an extension and immediately put on hold. After going through this twice I called back and was told by someone that a manager would call me back. After waiting about two hours I called back and finally was able to talk to Tommy Hung. He was understanding and said he would look into this the following morning. The next day I was able to get a hold of Tommy. He found out the tire size was never written on the paperwork and the service dept did not pursue the size and so this is why I had to wait again another day for them to order the tires and then mount them. I appreciate Tommy calling me back as I was emailed a couple times by Johny who CC: several people that a sales manager would call me back and no one ever did. Tommy was the only person that went out of his way to help me when I couldnt get a hold of anyone. I would highly recommend HGREG look into making sure that if a sale is pending and the initial sales rep is off the next day that that person make sure any items that needed to be ordered or any issues that needed to be followed up on were given to another sales rep to ensure there are no delays in the process. Overall, I am very happy with my new car and I would still recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. More

Started off great So first let me say that my sales person DT was awesome. But that’s where it ends. I was sold a vehicle that I was told had been safety checked with everything working as it should. Came back and purchased. Drove home from Orlando back to the Tampa area and discovered that the back up sensors, two tire sensors, and the side mirror were all broken. Took it to Chevy thinking it was covered under warranty only to find out it had been in a rear end accident. So I had to pay $1333 to have it repaired. Contacted HGREG to discuss being reimbursed for safety feature repairs that I was told were working only to be told that I am out of luck and that I should have driven the car back to Orlando. I advised that had they actually checked the safety equipment as promised I would not have been at Chevy to begin with. I would avoid this dealership. Most cars have accident histories on CarFax but CarFax only tells part of the story. They hide the other accidents that don’t end up on CarFax and you get to uncover them yourself later. All they had to do was pay for the repairs and everything would have been fine. More
