He tried to make me pay for it never offered me windshield insurance or nothing. Come to find out that’s what he does because he could at least me a brand new 2025 not use BMW X3. He’s a crook and what he does is people that come in to have maintenance done to their car. He go out there and persuade them to get in a whole new lease or contract with a whole new Bmw taking the maintenance guy that does service clientele. This was the worst experience I ever had at Bmw dealership, not the manager. He was cool, but that Tommy LUK was horrible and Lauren the young lady he works with because she bate you in and says he will take care of you but he and her is crooks I traded my x 5 in and he says I have no equity in my trade in which was a 2022 And he tried to make me put money down He’s a crook and don’t ever deal with him if he ever go to this BMW dealership when I come back, I’m going to somebody else. The Customer Service is really nice but those two I cannot do you don’t have no more honest dealer sales. man More

Tommy is always available even after the sale which has helped us out many times. He doesn’t just want to sell you a car, he wants to build a relationship which each person. Service is also excellent here. We only see Joanna Wolf in service and she is by far the best in the business. Very fair and honest. It’s an outstanding team all the way around. They want to build life long relationships here and it shows. If you’re in the market for a car, see Tommy at BMW West. Our iX lease is almost done and we will be back for another car from Tommy.
