The experience was excellent because the Sales Rep, nicknamed Tommy "Toyota" treats us fairly and makes sure we find the vehicle we want at the price we are willing pay. On two separate occasions, we had planned to buy a used car when we initially started shopping but after meeting with Tommy, both times we ended up buying brand new cars! Tommy simply has a way of making you feel like he's trying to "shake you down" and JUST make a deal! Tommy works with you in a way that not only do you come back and buy a car from him specifically, but we also tell our friends about Tommy and send our friends and relatives to Bommarito Toyota! Also the finance guy was great as well! We were already preapproved by our bank for a car but because the Finance guy was able to get Toyota Finance to match our banks finance rate, we went with Toy7ota instead in order to get a $1,200.00 rebate! Also the little extras they have, like the comfortable waiting area, clean restroom, free popcorn, ice cream and bottle water, makes you feel like you're at home when you're at Bommarito Toyota. It was a long process to get the purchase finished but due to the nice ambience and free snacks, we didn't mind waiting. More
