Great Experience I received a cold call from Ray Skillman one day, stating that they could lower my interest rate. I was interested to see what they could do, so I decided to go and talk with Tommy Reed. I knew I wanted a van, have currently owned a van for many years, and I wanted the exact options if not more than what my current van had. Tommy Reed worked tirelessly on helping me and my family purchase a vehicle that met our specific needs. I had never worked with Tommy before, but we had purchased our last 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman. Tommy presented a few options to us, but I was unimpressed. I am very particular about what options I wanted in the van, and the condition of the van. After looking at the various options, we finally found one that we were looking for at another Ray Skillman dealership. They brought the vehicle down, and we noticed there were some things that needed addressed before we were going to purchase. For example, the radio knob was broken, the floor mats were missing, there was only 1 key, and there was a problem with the center console. Tommy and the Ray Skillman team resolved each of these issues for us. I have been to some other dealerships that would not have fixed these issues. Tommy stayed in contact with us while the issues were fixed via phone and email, explained what was going on, and provided us an answer to any question we had. I felt like I was his 1st priority anytime I talked with him or was on the dealership lot. Tommy and Ray Skillman will be the first people I talk to the next time I am looking for a vehicle. More
