Matt Drymon was our sales associate, he was knowledgable about the vehicle, had a great test drive planned for us, and had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived. The "no dicker sticker" was priced right, and Bill Lee in the business office found us better financing than we were pre-approved for. The vehicle itself had been completely serviced, detailed, and was literally in "brand new" showroom condition. I have also dealt with the Chris Nikel service team in the past; the service and parts departments are simply outstanding. I know if I need something for this vehicle, or my 2016 Ram 2500, it will be handled prefessionally, quickly, and completely. I highly recommend Chris Nikel. More
