I purchased my last new car at Avondale Toyota in 2006. The experience was what made me return. I told Tommy at the beginning that I was going to compare RAV4, CRVs, and Jeep Cherokees. I LOVE the no pressure, despite the work Tommy did, and I HATED the experience I had at the Larry Miller Jeep next door. (which Tommy so graciously referred me to) BUT I went home and did some comparison figures, and decided on the Jeep. I told Tommy I would let him know either way, and if I ever buy another Toyota, he will be hearing from me. OH, BTW, there was a used Jeep Cherokee on the lot that I was going to look at too, but it was sold before I got there! Thanks again for the "one price one person" business model. I will pass it on. I was stuck with a truck that I inherited and didn't like and stressed about it everyday cause my money was going towards something I didn't love and I just tried to see what can be done and Tommy helped out and stressed about it everyday cause my money was going towards something I didn't love and I just tried to see what can be done and Tommy helped out tremendously and I am so in love with my new truck and stress free now. This is our 5th car from Avondale Toyota. One person takes care of you with absolutely no pressure. They tell you what you need and want to know and leave the sales push out of it. The person you deal with can work through all the specific numbers - trade in, extended warranty, etc. - and give you the actual bottom line including interest rate and monthly payment all with NO strings attached! I am not so naive as to think I can haggle a better price than other buyers nor do I want to waste my time and energy. I want to know the price of a car and if I think it is worth it and I can afford it, I will buy it. That is how Avondale Toyota works. And, the service department is equally fantastic. I deal with one person - Jacob Valery - for my cars and my husband-mechanic is always very pleased. He trusts them implicitly. More
