Everyone at the Dealership was exceptional. Very helpful and considerate. Andrew is so thoughtful. The dealer made a very poor attempt to give us a great deal as far as financing. We were there for much longer than we should have been, In addition to that , their inventory was very poor and we were una deal as far as financing. We were there for much longer than we should have been, In addition to that , their inventory was very poor and we were unable to obtain the base model Elantra that we really wanted to purchase. The sales associate was not willing to negotiate with us as far as the price of the car. We will never use this dealership again, and will recommend that our friends and neighbors avoid this dealership as well. More

The repairs were NOT complete/performed correctly. The driver side seat lumbar was broken and the dome light button was broken. The service department ordered a new a new lumbar but that did NOT fix The driver side seat lumbar was broken and the dome light button was broken. The service department ordered a new a new lumbar but that did NOT fix it. I was informed a new seat is 6-8 weeks. The service department replaced the control piece in the ceiling with the dome lights. However the new piece was defective and the sunroof will not tilt. Very dissatisfied. Can you see if I can order the first time and the proper dome light assembly should have been ordered. This should have been an expedited order and if they did not have any stock to do the right thing as per customer courtesy they should have taken it off another vehicle. That is on a lot that they're not sell yet More

We came in to the dealership, working with Tommy Tong. We looked at a Red Elantra on the lot, Tommy took us for a test drive and we liked the car. we seat down with him to get some numbers, Simon the mana We looked at a Red Elantra on the lot, Tommy took us for a test drive and we liked the car. we seat down with him to get some numbers, Simon the manager joined in to seal the deal. I was trying to squeeze them just a little but, I was unsuccessful due to the fact that there are very limited 2023 vehicles to sell. They were both nice guys, we sign papers to buy the car and they did not even asked for a deposit. We set the pick up date for the weekend, brought in the check and picked up the car. Easy, stress free transaction. That is our second vehicle purchased at Star Hyundai. When the dealership realizes that you are a return customer and understand that we are not just coming in to Bla, Bla, Bla but, to buy, they treat you seriously. Tommy was great, very knowledgeable about the car itself and its many functions, he was also able to get us All Weather Mats on the house !!! we will be back Romeo & Dori More
