Buy your car from Tony Aiello If I could give Tony Aiello TEN stars i would! I was in the market for either a new Ford Escape or Chevy Equinox. In February was referred to Tony If I could give Tony Aiello TEN stars i would! I was in the market for either a new Ford Escape or Chevy Equinox. In February was referred to Tony Aiello by a friend of my son. Tony is a laid back no flash type of guy, no high pressure, very easy to do business with. I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape. When I drove the car off the lot it was getting dark but the next day in the light I noticed a small imperfection on the Vinyl on the inside of the drivers door. I called Tony and he had me bring the car to the dealership for his manager to inspect. Without hesitation the Manager (whose name I don't know) said he would have the repair done. Over a week or two we tried to schedule a time for me to bring the car in when I could pick up a loaner but I work weird hours and nothing was working out. Finally Tony touched base with the vinyl repair guy who is an outside vendor and we scheduled the repair to be done at my house! To me, that is bending over backwards to please the customer. I'm not saying you should expect Sayville Ford to change a transmission in your driveway but what I am saying is they stood behind their product and Tony Aiello hung in there with me until my issue was resolved. He is old school not like most salesman who run away once the sale is made. Thank you Tony and Sayville Ford! and P.S. we love our new Escape. More
