It was a very tiring and laborious process, three hours. We first spoke with Jodie about leasing another QX50. She was great, very knowledgeable. We told her what we wanted, and she found the car. The next time we went out there, we put down a deposit, so the car would be held for us when it came in. In the meantime, we discovered the exact car at a dealer in Oceanside. When we mentioned this to Jodie, she said she would look into it. However, nothing happened. There seemed to be a reluctance to pursue it on the part of management. On Sunday, June 2, we saw that the car had just been delivered to Ontario. My husband called and spoke with Tony. He said Jodie was ill but would be back in the office on Wed. He made an appointment for us. He also said he would put our name on the car and get it cleaned up so it would be ready for us on Wed. When we arrived on Wed, we were told that Jodie was still out sick. Jorge was assigned to help us. No one at the dealership knew we had an appointment. The process did not go smoothly. It seemed that Jorge, who was very nice and polite, did not really know how to proceed. This was not his fault. We were there for an hour and a half before he discovered that we had put a deposit down on the car. He constantly jumped up and ran to another office to ask for help. We had been approved by Infiniti financial, but still had to go through form after form. This is our third Infiniti. We should have been in the system. I feel that Tony dropped the ball. When Jodie was still out on Wed., he should have stepped in and taken us through the process. He obviously had not discussed our conversation on Sunday with any salesperson. It took way longer than it should have. The car had not been cleaned up as Tony said it would be. If we had been able to complete the transaction with Jodie, this review would read differently. The facility is beautiful, spotless and very appealing. (The reason for four stars). However, it is glaringly obvious that communication is lacking. When our lease is up, we will have to decide whether or not to lease or buy another vehicle from Infiniti of Ontario. More

The reason for not giving a 5-star review is that only one finance manager was available on a Friday afternoon. I waited over 45 minutes as he was the only person to close the transaction, while I watched 4 other finance/management staff chatting together in an office with nothing to do the entire time. I would suggest training one of them as a back up to increase customer satisfaction. More
