They were friendly, informative & professional. And I never felt any "car salesman" pressure. The paperwork process was also unusually quick. Manuel explained the finance portion clearly & quickly. This was my second lease from Infiniti of Montclair. I always have a positive experience with everyone and highly recommend these sales professionals. More

Very nice guys, made it easy, even when I didn't... I highly recommend this dealer. I am very happy with the way I was handled. They were very laid back and patient with me, even when I was very indec I highly recommend this dealer. I am very happy with the way I was handled. They were very laid back and patient with me, even when I was very indecisive about which car I purchased, I ended up taking a car home, not feeling comfortable with the options I choose, and they let me bring it back and swap it for a another one no questions asked! Easiest, fastest, most professional and friendly buying exp. I initially came in because I thought they had a couple of different q60 redsports in house. This however was not the case. It seems that the q60 rs that i was specifically looking for was gone. This however did not stop Saul from helping me. Saul not only found my q60 rs, but he made it possible for me to have it in nothing short of the same day. Saul was very professional, friendly and made my buying experience extremely easy. He really tries to help you buy the car as opposed to some dealers out there. He was also very knowledgable about his product. When i buy a car, I fully expect the sales person to know everything they can about the car. Saul met and went beyond that expectation. In short, if you are thinking about buying a car, email infiniti first. Get a hold of Saul. He makes the car buying experience great. More

What Should Have a Been a Better Experience Jesus O. was very nice as was Eric initially. I drove my car out around 8:30 at night. I was very tired but noticed that there was a warning light aft Jesus O. was very nice as was Eric initially. I drove my car out around 8:30 at night. I was very tired but noticed that there was a warning light after I left. I was surprised it wasn't noticed when they gave me the car. I I called the next day, asked if I could bring it in and get a loaner. Eric said "yes" and I stressed that I needed the loaner to plz be ready when I got there because I was bringing it by on way to a meeting. Eric said it would be. As it turns out, it wasn't. I had to wait 15 minutes but I still didn't get upset (they kept telling me it was almost ready) until after the 15 minutes a young lady came up to me with paperwork in her hand saying she needed to get my insurance information. I could no longer contain my frustration. First, I was taking my time to bring the car back the first day of owning it. Second, I explicitly said I needed the loaner ready when I got there - it was important for my work. Third, and most frustrating, was I was standing there for 15 minutes not doing anything. I know the insurance was important but I didn't understand why it wasn't taken care of during those 15 minutes. Eric assured me it would be all lined up but it clearly wasn't. I also met Tony when I got there. The one who was there for me the most was actually Mouris who wasn't even my sales person. I was unnecessarily late to my appointment but what I found surprising the most was that when I brought the car back, neither Eric nor Anthony said a word to me. I I used to manage branches of Wells Fargo and if I had a customer that left my branch upset and came back in again, I would have been gone up to me to smooth things over. Despite their saying how I would be taken care of going forward, I felt they both dropped the ball. And once again, only Mouris was there for me. I thought he was a real pro. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying what happened since you asked and how I felt about it. Manny at Finance was very nice/efficient and the girls who greet the customers are also very nice. And I really like the car I bought. Thanks for asking. More
