I originally was dealing with Jarrell for a week in between my work shifts but never able to make it to the dealership. As I was speaking to a friend regarding this situation, he referred me to Tony. When I arrived at the dealership for the first time I was welcomed by both salesman and treated with nothing but the utmost respect and care. Tony explained everything to me in detail and assisted me throughout the entire process. We had several challenges because of issues with paperwork but they sealed the deal the same day I came in at the price I wanted to be at. I have nothing but stellar things to say about Tony when it comes to his knowledge, capabilities, and patience. I was extremely overwhelmed with everything needed to the point I almost had an anxiety attack - Tony assured me everything would be ok and remained patient regardless of my frustrations. When we arrived there was no hidden fees , the highlander platinum was in excellent condition as advertised and even came with a full tank of gas and a wonderful detailing.
