We just bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and after researching/shopping for several months we found that our experience with Bradshaw Automotive FAR EXCEEDED any other dealerships we had app and after researching/shopping for several months we found that our experience with Bradshaw Automotive FAR EXCEEDED any other dealerships we had approached. We were out of town customers (actually on a road trip with our 2 small children and dog) and thought we might just drop by to take a look at a vehicle we had seen online. The customer service we recieved was WONDERFUL! Tony Bentley and Sales manager Jeff Plunkett went out of their way to allow my husband and I to find a comfortable place to let our children play while we made a decesion regarding the car. The price agreed upon was VERY FAIR and our entire experience was great. ZEven after the vehicle purchase was complete the sales manager and consultant were helpful and wanted to be sure we were pleased with our purchase. We would certainly approach this dealership again for another vehicle. More

I saw an add in the local paper on a Sunday for a used car that I had been price shopping for several months and decided to visit the dealership on Tuesday of the following week. Tony Bentley was extreme car that I had been price shopping for several months and decided to visit the dealership on Tuesday of the following week. Tony Bentley was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the used car I was interested in. We took a test drive and examined the car at length. The CarFax report was available on the website and everything Tony told me about the car was borne out in the report. I thought the price was too good to be true (approximately trade-in value) and asked to take the car to my mechanic to check it out. Tony offered to let me take the car home that night but I declined not having checked on insurance ahead of time. I really did not expect to buy a car that soon. After taking the car to my mechanic the next morning and having my wife examine the car thoroughly we talked about the price. The only issue of concern was having only one Smart Key for the car. The car was impeccably clean with new filters and fluid changes. After I contacted the OEM dealer for the car and determined the cost of a Smart key we discussed this with Tony and Jeff and they agreed to reduce the price for this item. As a last item we then discussed financing for about 40% of the sale price due to our limited access to immediate funds for the full purchase price, about $17,500.00. Bradshaw used their resouces and were able to get us a rate comparable with new car financing for this remaining portion of the rpice. As a final note this all occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday and we drove home with our new (used) car on Wednesday night. I can't thank all of the kind people at Bradshaw Used Cars enough. I would like to specifically thank Tony Bentley for making all of this happen in two days. I never would have believed it if someone had told me this story. Thanks again. Over a month later and I still love the car. More

The salesman was very friendly, and helped us find the car we wanted, for the price we wanted as well. They even offered us a 30 day warranty which they don't normally do. Tony Bentley was professional and quite helpful throughout the purchase of my used 07 Nissan. Throughout the whole process, Tony was attentive to my needs and kept me abreast of each step and never throughout the purchase of my used 07 Nissan. Throughout the whole process, Tony was attentive to my needs and kept me abreast of each step and never left without checking with me on regular basis. I would most definitely ask for Tony again. The car needed service prior to taking ownership and everyone in the Service Dept extremely nice and prompt. For me personally, prompt is very important. If there was a negative, that would fall with the business office and lack of urgency to finalizing the deal. I just perceived that I was another chore for someone, which was totally opposite from the feelings that I recieved from Tony and the Service Dept. personnel. Overall the experience was a good one. More

This is the 2nd car i bought from Bradshaw auto. iI know i wasnt an easy customer, ther was certain things i felt i should have when i was buying the used car, i had to take car back for an issue i had with i wasnt an easy customer, ther was certain things i felt i should have when i was buying the used car, i had to take car back for an issue i had with it. tony bentley was very patient with me and i feel he is a very good saleman. i think we got the issue resolved, and i appreciate Tony being so kind and understanding through the sales and issue after the sale. i would recommend Bradshaw and Tony bentley as i know bradshaw has a high reputation for their loyalty and commitment to their customers. after all like the company i work for its all about pleasing the customer. thanks tony for your help. also everytime i called out Bradshaws the ladies that answer the phone was also kind. linda c. We were looking for a work van in very presentable condition in the Charleston, SC. area. Of the ones we found the dealerships did not really seem interested enough in what we wanted to work with us. condition in the Charleston, SC. area. Finally we went to the internet looking for someone who had what we needed outside the Charleston area. We found that someone at Bradshaw Cheverolet. Tony Bentley responded to our first information request so quickly we were actually taken aback. Over the course of three days we were able to make arrangements to drive from Charleston to Greer, SC to look at and purchase the van. The van was presented in great condition and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, very responsive to our needs. We were able to close the deal in less than an hour and were back on our way home. Can't ask for better service than that. More

I would say that I was a difficult customer. I had a price that I was very firm on getting and eventually the dealership made the numbers work for me.
