Happy With the Deal and the New 2018 Civic We were very pleased with the response we received from Mackenzie and her team. She provided answers to all our questions and arranged an appointment We were very pleased with the response we received from Mackenzie and her team. She provided answers to all our questions and arranged an appointment with Dave Hunt. Dave showed us several vehicles and walked us through the lease process. He worked with Tony and Conrad to give us a deal, including a veteran's discount, that worked for us. Dave and Conrad took care of the paperwork, dealer prep, and inspection while we ran some errands. The car was ready and waiting when we returned. Mackenzie, Dave and Tony really went out of their way to show us how important we are to Hyannis Honda and how much they value our business. They'll be our first stop on our next purchase. More

Chip Berkowitz was the face of the dealership and, together with the financial staff, paced the process in tune with our tolerance. Decision made; finance, registry, insurance and delivery were handled with professionalism and courtesy. And . . . most important, we got a great price!! Thanks to Chip and all the guys & galls at Hyannis Honda More

He was very helpful explaining the features that the new CRV offered. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I made Peter aware that I was shopping and looking at several different cars options. Hyannis Honda made a very competitive offer, but also allowed me to keep shopping to compare other dealers. I was very happy to come back the next day after finishing my search and the same competitive offer was on the table. The paperwork and transition into my new car was easy, and fast. I was driving my new CRV in a few hours. Everyone I worked with at Hyannis Honda was friendly, efficient and clearly valued my business as a customer. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new Honda to give them a shot. More

I didn’t feel pressured or forced into a purchase I wasn’t comfortable with. Tony was very straight forward with the possible options for making a deal. I feel we came to a point where both sides left content with the deal that was made. I would recommend this dealership to a friend or family member looking for a new Honda. More

It is nice to be remembered from our past purchases and to work with people that do not pressure you into a decision that you are not ready to make. Mark Arnold is enjoyable to work with and very knowledgeable about the product and he is great at giving us tips to make sure that we make the right decisions. Tony Bertocci always stops by to say HI even if he is not handling our transaction that day - it is great to work with members of our local community. We have never been disappointed and Hyannis Honda is our first and only stop for every car purchase. It is important to make our purchases with a local company that supports the local community.
