The service team wasn’t able to figure out why the brakes made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. Coffee machine was broken, tv is just going off and you can’t control what you’re watching and the volume. If a customer is going to wait 2 hours there should be either a provision of a loaner car or the waiting area amenities need to improve. More

i went to service my elantra at the same dealership that i purchased it, & was told that they didn't state the engine issues prior to my purchase . they continued to tell me i needed to get a specific ser i purchased it, & was told that they didn't state the engine issues prior to my purchase . they continued to tell me i needed to get a specific service (engine sludge removal) even though it was not my fault & that i had to PAY FOR IT , otherwise, the engine might be damaged & won't be covered by the warranty, nor the extended warranty that i pay for to this day ! the only advice they gave me was to get the oil changed more frequently than otherwise recommended . terrible service dept. & even worse sales dept. for selling me a faulty car. i want my money back ! More
