Was traveling from IL when we started having problems with my truck was towed to Classic GMC they went above and beyond to fix my truck to get us back on the road in record time for the problem we was ha with my truck was towed to Classic GMC they went above and beyond to fix my truck to get us back on the road in record time for the problem we was having. This place is great very nice people and they kept me informed on the progress of the work that was being done to my truck in my book this is a top notch place More

So far 5 stars because of Tony Burkhalter So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery went dead 120 miles from home and the battery had been checked the week before with NO problems during regular oil change. I got a jump start, called Buick/Cad and asked for appointment to have battery checked. We have a full schedule. I understood. You'll have to drop it off. Will do. However, this will be the second battery replacement in just 3 years. I'm hoping the problem will be discovered and solved. So for now, still 5 stars. You can't keeping going if your battery dies every 18-24 months. Tony said they would work it in. More

Maintenance We had a 8:30 appointment and left the vehicle. It was there for an oil change and for a hub bearing replacement. It was after 2:30 when we left there and that is just ridiculous. More

Our sales representative was Chase Johnson , making the transition go comfortably and smoothly. Tony Burkhalter has , for years, taken skillful care of all our previous Cadillacs. Alison Taylor worked efficaciously with the team. Danny Brantly was most helpful , leading to a most gratifying experience. More

New Tires Just purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX in June after I completed a 3 yr. lease. Such a great vehicle that I decided to keep it. We noticed that the tir Just purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX in June after I completed a 3 yr. lease. Such a great vehicle that I decided to keep it. We noticed that the tires were beginning to look worn, so got an estimate for new ones. They gave the best deal, so I took it in for 2 new ones. I will be going back in about 6 months to replace the other 2. Love all the folks at Classic Cadillac from salesman to service. They always treat me like I am special to them. More
