He and the excellent team of mechanics/technicians seem to me the model for all car repair departments. First of all, Tony listens very closely to my issues and my account of how the car has been running. As I often have the car serviced where I live, when I come to Classic, I ask Tony to review the most recent service invoices to see what work has been done, and have that work inspected to make sure it is satisfactory. Further, he describes in clear language what problems have been found with the car and the procedures and costs for necessary repairs. Lastly, he is the kindest, most polite and considerate gentleman you could ever deal with, and I look forward to relying on him and the Classic Buick team to keep my beloved car running well for as long as possible. Thanks also to all the nice people who work there--they help you with coffee, answer the phone quickly, really take and deliver messages, and try to get you in and out with as much ease and as little pain as they can. thanks for the chance to say thanks.
