I had an overall positive experience. The service advisor assigned, tony, was very helpful, kind and thourough. My only complaint would be the lack of communication while they had my car. I was told the initial diagnostic would take max 3 hours, the issue with my car was a stumper of sorts so it took much longer. I understood that they needed more time to diagnose the issue but I was still expecting a call after 3 hours. I wasn’t contacted until almost 9 hours after I brought my car in. They had not been able to figure out the issue yet and requested to hold it overnight. The more and more time that passed after that initial 3 hours just made me more anxious. Even though they hadn’t determined what was wrong yet, I would have appreciated them telling me “hey we aren’t sure what the problem is yet, but we will get back to you whenever we make a discovery”. Just the lack of communication I found very anxiety inducing considering I had no ability to leave it overnight and needed it for the next day. More

Was so upset with my last and FINAL visit at this dealership! Had this booked in advanced for oil change. No one told me that they do not offer blend oil so they put full synthetic blend in which c dealership! Had this booked in advanced for oil change. No one told me that they do not offer blend oil so they put full synthetic blend in which cost me just as much as my last oil change with tire rotation. Checking out, found out that my rewards for the last two years have not been applied because you have to REQUEST that at the time of check out. I find this NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED, if you know your customers have this why not go out of your way to do this plus when I first bought the car from Bill Ray, they told me after first service visit that they automatically place the rewards on. I don't care if a dealership is privately owned or not, the customer comes first or you start losing customers which just happened with this visit!!!! I also like to say that when we just bought our last new vehicle with another Auto dealership recently, they did not increase the sticker price on the vehicle like Bill Ray Nissan did to me when I bought. More
