Very pleased and very relieved! We were able to communicate by texting as well as speaking on the phone. Communication was key. This is the second excellent experience I've had with Erik at Toyota Santa Monica. We've been customers for years and have always had great service. More

Knowledgeable, forthright, and informative-Excellent! Tony Doyle was awesome in showing me the models I was interested in and in comparing the 2017 and 2018 models, I drove both models for about 15 minute Tony Doyle was awesome in showing me the models I was interested in and in comparing the 2017 and 2018 models, I drove both models for about 15 minutes each. After I decided what I wanted, he was direct about the costs. Tony took a great deal of time to show me how everything worked...all the electronics, connected my i-phone to bluetooth, and made sure I understood the basics of Prius in vivo, while driving. The finance manager was also straight forward in presenting options. Refreshing! More

Total scammer So I was working with Jeff at Santa Monica Toyota, and he quoted me zero down and 477 a month on a new Toyota hybrid Highlander. When I came in to bu So I was working with Jeff at Santa Monica Toyota, and he quoted me zero down and 477 a month on a new Toyota hybrid Highlander. When I came in to buy the SUV he told me that I would be working with Tony. Tony told me that Jeff’s numbers were incorrect and not based on the hybrid. I had asked Jeff to send a picture of the sticker and of the car to verify that his numbers were in line with the hybrid and not a regular Hylander before I came to the dealership. I told him that it’s about an hour drive to Santa Monica and they have the only vehicle that I wanted and his numbers were good. When I arrived Tony said that it would be 2000 down and more than $100 more a month than I was quoted. He tried to throw Jeff under the bus saying he was new there and didn’t know what he was doing… However I talked to Jeff later and Jeff seemed very upset with Tony because he got those numbers from Tony. I clearly stepped into a bait and switch scenario. I ended up getting the same car, fully loaded (SM was all standard) at keys in Van Nuys for 1k down and 530 a month. Buyer beware!! Also, I can’t seem to find my sunglasses after I left the dealership. I’m pretty sure Tony stole them in a ploy to get me to come back to the dealership. Total scammer!!!!! More

Excellent dealer and service My Matrix had a recall in May for the airbag. Thomas Sovag kept me informed about the status and arranged a rental after 3 months of no part. In September, we finally decided to turn in the car on a new RAV4. Tony Doyle was professional and helpful. He found the car that we wanted in San Diego and sent a driver to retrieve it for us. He spent lots of time with us so that we could learn the features. More

Tony Doyle was great! Tony Doyle helped me with my new lease. This is the second time Tony has helped me in the past 6 years. He took my old lease back without any issues, Tony Doyle helped me with my new lease. This is the second time Tony has helped me in the past 6 years.
