Lack of communication. Kept my vehicle way longer than needed. Prices were outrageous. Was told to drop vehicle off on a Monday and they would get right to it and didn’t have it back for a week. Was charg needed. Prices were outrageous. Was told to drop vehicle off on a Monday and they would get right to it and didn’t have it back for a week. Was charged 3 times more for a part than what I could have got the part for at other dealerships. I will never use this dealership again and I will advise people not to go there More

I will say that am quite disappointed. I no sooner drove off the lot and got home only to find that the windshield washer did not work. I made an appointment to return to have it fixed and was told it would off the lot and got home only to find that the windshield washer did not work. I made an appointment to return to have it fixed and was told it would cost me $100 dollars. This was unacceptable because if during the process of examining the truck and found it before I bought it, I would have asked to have it fixed, and you would have, so you could sell me the truck. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. You wouldn’t budge on fixing it so I had to pay for it. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and has put me in the position that if I am asked by people how I was treated by Hawthorne Chevrolet, i will only be able to say, less then cordial. Please refund my $100 dollars. More

Great service! The only grade experience we had at this dealership, was with the service department. From the time we actually purchased a car and had a problem wit The only grade experience we had at this dealership, was with the service department. From the time we actually purchased a car and had a problem with GM, the dealership didn’t wanna know anything about it. It looks like will he actually cared about was getting a signature on the dotted line. And by the way that wouldn’t of happened if Tom Riordan wasn’t our salesman. After numerous calls, to the woman in finance, the general manager and the principal owner we still have not received a call back as of this date. BTW… We bought the car 10 months ago, so that will give you an idea of how seriously they take your inquiries. If you need service they are great… If you want to buy goal else where More
