Overall experience was about as good as you can get when buying a car which is stressful. They play the game just like any other dealer with negotiating on the price. I was a little disappointed that the new car had a visible scratch and they had the wash boy came out and made it worse by not knowing how to use rubbing compound. Then say well it’s going to get more of those anyways when the scratch wouldn’t come out. So that was disappointing. I would thought they would offer to replace the piece since it was a brand new vehicle. More
