Ron is the best! !! One of the reasons I am a loyal customer. Ron got me in and out. He also helped to give me information about a new Escalade which was above and bey !! Sales department needs SERIOUS work - some sales manager (yes the SALES MANAGER) came over and was inappropriate with me and Ron when we were looking at a new escalade right next to my escalade in the service center. GM of the dealer, please talk to this jackwagon. It was totally inappropriate and awkward interaction IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER (ME!!!!) looking at buying a $181K Escalade V!!!!! Also there was some sales lady bragging about how many Lyrics she sold and was argumentative about how great the electric vehicle is - even though I own a GAS powered Escalade. More

I kept getting the runaround from the service writer (Tony) about a loaner and also when my SUV was going to be looked at and when it would be done. He was not forthcoming about the Hertz rental program (Tony) about a loaner and also when my SUV was going to be looked at and when it would be done. He was not forthcoming about the Hertz rental program, either. Every encounter I had with Tony seemed like he was trying to be rude and nasty so that I would not come back. More
