Positive experience with routine maintenance. Staff has been proactive and helpful. Bad experience with a special request, poor communication and unwilling to do only the TSB I requested and not Staff has been proactive and helpful. Bad experience with a special request, poor communication and unwilling to do only the TSB I requested and not the extras the technician recommended. Have to find another mechanic. EDIT: Beaverton Toyota's response to my Google review was disingenuous and intended to mislead others by discrediting my review. I think that's a terrible way to treat a customer giving an honest review that you asked them to write. Here is their original response in case they choose to change it later: "Thank you for the feedback Darren. The TSB you requested does not cover 2024 models and also does not apply to vehicles that have after market wheels and tires. The 'extras' the technician recommended is what would need to happen in order to prevent the rubbing noise of your new tires. If you change your mind, we are here and happy to help. - Team Beaverton Toyota" Here's the background: The claim that the TSB only applies through 2023 models is only a half truth. T-SB-0070-19 has been updated to apply to new model years several times. The link I gave them was 2015-2020, it had already been updated to 2023, and will certainly be updated to include 2024 since they perform this TSB on the TRD Pro at port (trimming the front bumper cover and moving the fender liner forward to clear the -4mm offset TRD Pro wheels and tires). They told me they could do this on the phone. I told them I had modified the vehicle in a way similar to the TRD Pro, and I understood what I was asking was unusual, but should still apply - which they agreed to. The problem came when the tech refused to perform the modification if I didn't also allow them to remove the mud flaps. I was not experiencing rub on the mud flaps and had intended to address any possible rub (maybe at full extension) with a different workaround. This in no way impacts their ability to perform the TSB, they just refused to do it. And they would still have performed the TSB if I would allow them to remove my mud flaps - so their response here saying it only applies to 2023 models is a blatant misdirection and irrelevant since they were willing to perform that part of the service. Their response was disingenuous and intended to discredit, and I felt it was important to call that out. Badly done Beaverton Toyota. Badly done. Downgrading to 2 stars for that. More
Working with David Stephens at Beaverton Toyota was a pleasure throughout the whole process. He really made us feel at home, in the best sense of the word. From test drives to financing, he helped us rea pleasure throughout the whole process. He really made us feel at home, in the best sense of the word. From test drives to financing, he helped us realize we could manage a nicer car than we thought possible. We had never leased a car before, he gave us just the right amount of information to make a confident decision. We also loved the dealership’s transparency & no added cost surprises. Felt like working with a good friend. We’ll definitely return again when it’s time to replace our other car. More

He provides excellent customer service & provided repair updates, so I was informed up until the time car maintenan an extremely positive experience! He provides excellent customer service & provided repair updates, so I was informed up until the time car maintenance was completed. He then thoroughly reviewed with me the work that was done & discussed possible future maintenance issues needing to be serviced. I left feeling confident my car had been taken very good care of, comprehensive and thorough service had been done, and I will bring it back to Beaverton Toyota when it needs additional work More
I don't like to leave bad reviews but my experience here was so frustrating I didn't know what else to do. My 2000 Toyota 4Runner had a coolant leak and was towed to the service department by AAA. The perso was so frustrating I didn't know what else to do. My 2000 Toyota 4Runner had a coolant leak and was towed to the service department by AAA. The person in charge of the Orange service team said it was schedule to be inspected at 10am Friday morning (10MAY2024) and to expect a call. I never received a call so I called at 1pm asking for an update. They had no idea what I was talking about. They had no clue where my car was and said no one dropped off the key. Was told the Orange service team wasn't working on Thursday (which implies that we knew that there was an Orange service team but lied about dropping off the key with them I guess???). The vehicle and key were finally located, in the service department, at around 3:30pm, after us going back and forth with AAA trying to figure out what happened. They had had it the whole time. It was never actually inspected by a mechanic, just a service advisor who saw a crack in the radiator. I asked if they checked the transmission fluid, since it's also cooled through the radiator assmebly and could have been contaminated and lead to transmission issues. Nope. Asked them for an estimate to replace the radiator. Was told $900 - $1000 just for labor. This was a guestimate by the service advisor, no one actually looked up the flat rate time. Got a second opinion from another advisor since the first one proceded to ignore me for the next hour. Was told around 3 hours ($500 - $600) which is closer to what I expected but was still a guestimate, no parts or labor were actually looked up. At this point I have to assume they are super busy and don't need my business to be able to blow people off like this. I've spent thousands of dollars with them in the past. I have an older car so I'm guessing it's not worth their time anymore, I just wish they let me know instead of wasting an entire day. More
