Great Experience I had never bought a Mazda before, but was interested in the quality and style of this brand. All the sales and finance associates I spoke with were I had never bought a Mazda before, but was interested in the quality and style of this brand. All the sales and finance associates I spoke with were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I was able to obtain a fair price and provided a lot of good information on the cars and brand. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Mazda 3 iTouring from Tony Hamilton, and am very satisfied with the purchase and customer service. More

Our first car purchased was a used Honda Civic that our daughter has had for 2 plus years without any major issues. I would recommend North Penn Mazda to my friends and family for a used or new car. Best - and easiest - car buying experience I have ever had I first met Jason Hartman at North Penn Mazda two years ago when we were shopping for a new CX-5 for my wife. This was when they had just become avai I first met Jason Hartman at North Penn Mazda two years ago when we were shopping for a new CX-5 for my wife. This was when they had just become available and were very hard to find. Though we ended up buying at a different dealer that had exactly what we wanted, I was impressed enough to keep Jason's name on file. When it came time to replace my car, I had two models at the top of my list - the new Mazda 3s GT and the VW GLI. Since I was less than happy with my prior experience at the other Mazda dealer, and because North Penn's dealerships carried both makes, I contacted Jason to see if he'd be able to arrange for extended test drives of both cars back-to-back so that I could really get a feel for how they compare. With an infant son at home and almost no free time, I needed to be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible, at times that worked best for me. Despite no longer being in sales - he was now a finance manager - Jason made all the arrangements and had both cars ready when I arrived. He also made sure to get answers to the follow-up questions I had, and even arranged a 2nd test drive of the Mazda so that I could be sure my wife would be comfortable driving it if she had to and that our son's car seat would fit in the back seat. Once I made the final decision to go with the Mazda, I turned the process around a bit and put together an offer to the dealership for the exact color and options that I wanted, and that was an extremely good deal (for me), but that I also felt was ultimately achievable. At that point, Jason had to turn me over to someone in sales, and so introduced me to Tony Hamilton. It was then that I expected the process to bog down a bit and have to start negotiating, meet the sales manager, hear why my trade's not worth what I think it is, etc.. But there was none of that! They evaluated my trade and ran the numbers in the span of maybe 20 minutes, and Tony wrote up the buyer's order exactly as I had proposed. Considering that they would have to locate the car for me, and that my trade was 14 years old, I was almost shocked that they didn't try to bargain the price higher "just because". I had my new Mazda by the end of the week. Jason did a great job explaining all the paperwork and had us through that process quickly and painlessly. Tony took the time to explain every feature of the new car, answer all of my wife's and my questions, and even had us scheduled for our first (and complimentary) oil change. I'm enjoying my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience at North Penn Mazda. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

great experience I never imagined buying a car would actually be a good experience. We initially contacted this dealer thru email and then called and were in the deale I never imagined buying a car would actually be a good experience. We initially contacted this dealer thru email and then called and were in the dealership several hours later. We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had it and worked with us. Tony was very friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. In addition, I felt I received a fair price on my trade in. Tony spent a lot of time with us in going over all the features of the car. I financed the car through the dealer at a great rate. The finance manager was also easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and no hard sell tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Tony Hamilton. Hopefully, the next time I buy a car I will experience this level of service. More

From that point on i was committed to replacing my existing car (2005 Scion XA) with a Mazda3. Events transpired that I was able to make a purchase last weekend. Like my friend, I worked with Tony and Jason, as before, they were excellent. I got a great deal, an excellent trade in, and a sharp, beautiful car to show for it. More

Tony, the Mazda sales representative, provided excellent upfront pricing with absolutely no hassle. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and treated me with the utmost appreciation, respect, and courtesy. Similarly, Jason, the finance manager, was efficient in handling all of the paperwork and was tremendously informative. Both Tony and Jason thanked me and showed great appreciation for my business. I would recommend this dealership and these particular Mazda representatives to anyone, and I hope to send more business their way. I can't say enough good things about my experience at North Penn. Awesome experience My son's car lease was up and he needed to turn it in and get something else. He really liked the Madza3 . Tony was wonderful. He did all the work contacting the other dealership about the lease and was able to get my son some money back since the miles were way under the lease agreement. Tony was the only salesperson who took the time to do that-other dealerships that my son went to told him that they "don't deal with the lease, it was his responsibility". Tony had everything ready when it was time to pick up the car and Jason was great explaining all the options to my son. I also have a Mazda CX-9 that I bought last year from North Penn Mazda. Before that I had a CX -7. I love my car-Mazda cars are very well made and a dream to drive. North Penn Mazda makes buying/leasing a new car a very pleasant experience. More
