He was incredibly helpful, professional, and treated me with the utmost appreciation, respect, and courtesy. Similarly, Jason, the finance manager, was efficient in handling all of the paperwork and was tremendously informative. Both Tony and Jason thanked me and showed great appreciation for my business. He did all the work contacting the other dealership about the lease and was able to get my son some money back since the miles were way under the lease agreement. Tony was the only salesperson who took the time to do that-other dealerships that my son went to told him that they "don't deal with the lease, it was his responsibility". Tony had everything ready when it was time to pick up the car and Jason was great explaining all the options to my son. I also have a Mazda CX-9 that I bought last year from North Penn Mazda. Before that I had a CX -7. I love my car-Mazda cars are very well made and a dream to drive. North Penn Mazda makes buying/leasing a new car a very pleasant experience. More

I was in the market for an MX-5 Miata/Grand Touring model and first test drove the car with the help of Tony Hamilton in January 2014. In March I returned to look for and purchase the MX-5 and worked with Greg Martin, since Tony was off that day. I was able to settle on the purchase without hassle and the exact car I was looking for was found and delivered within 24 hours with Mr. Martin's help. Delivery of the car was made very efficient with Jason Hartman's help during the payment process. Jason Hartman told us of all extra coverage available without sales pressure. My overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends. This is the 4th Mazda 3 for me ... a great car, one that never lets me down, and an even greater experience at North Penn Mazda. The other dealership i visited didn't give me the best price on a 2014, or for my trade-in, so they lost my business. It certainly was worth the 40 minute drive to Colmar to meet with Tony, and he bent over backwards to make sure i was satisfied with the deal he offered. When i went to pick up my new car, Tony explained/showed all the new things my other Mazda didn't have. Even signing all the paperwork was a breeze; Jason had it all ready to go and answered all my questions. an A++ for my experience! More
