I’m most upset with this dealership. My temporary license tags expired two days ago. I’ve called the dealership. I was told not to that cops are not paying attention to expired tags due to Covid19. My regist tags expired two days ago. I’ve called the dealership. I was told not to that cops are not paying attention to expired tags due to Covid19. My registration came stating I was to receive a handicapped plate. The dealership doesn’t seem to know where my plates are. Long story short: I can’t drive my car because of poor customer treatment. Also I was told the dealership would take off the NTTA tag. Yet I’m receiving tickets from my car I traded in for the Subaru.! I’m most upset at the horrible customer service!!! I couldn’t give them even one star but this system doesn’t allow me a negative response. More

I went to soooo many dealerships to try and find the right vehicle. Subaru of Grapevine was literally the best dealership I’ve ever gone to! A close friend of mine purchased their vehicle from the same right vehicle. Subaru of Grapevine was literally the best dealership I’ve ever gone to! A close friend of mine purchased their vehicle from the same place and told me, “You’ll never go to another dealership again once you’ve experienced that location.” He was right! The staff was the most courteous and helpful group I’ve ever had! Today I had my first maintenance appointment on my Forrester and again....extremely helpful the whole way through!
